
Sayed Foysal Ahmed is the Founder & CEO of DOT Consulting, a purpose-driven consultancy specializing in training, research, and development solutions. With over 25 years of professional experience, he has established himself as a leading expert in capacity development, curriculum design, Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), and program implementation.
Over the course of his career, he has developed more than 50 training curricula and modules for NGOs, INGOs, and UN agencies, including UNDP, IOM, IRC, World Vision, Plan International, Oxfam, and Marie Stopes. His work has significantly contributed to strengthening programs in health, nutrition, gender equality, climate change, WASH, and governance.
He has extensive experience in conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA), formative research, and designing evidence-based strategies and communication materials. His expertise also includes advocacy, community mobilization, leadership development, and psychosocial counselling.
Before founding DOT Consulting in 2018, Foysal held key positions in organizations such as the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh (BADAS), Bangladesh Center for Communication Programs (BCCP), and Bangladesh Training and Research Foundation (BTRF). He also served as a national consultant for major development initiatives, including projects under UNDP and UPCHSDP.
Foysal holds an MBA in Health Care Management and an MSS in Sociology. He has also completed specialized training in gender, strategic communication, advocacy, and monitoring & evaluation. His leadership is driven by a commitment to innovation, quality, and creating sustainable, inclusive development impact.
